Refund & Returns Policy

At HYPETOPS, your satisfaction means everything to us. Each item is made to order with care, and we strive to ensure you receive exactly what you expected. Please read our policy below to understand when returns or refunds may apply.

1. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

Our policy is valid for 15 days from the date your order is delivered. If 15 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a return, refund, or exchange.

We only accept return or refund requests if:

The product received is defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly.
You received the wrong item, size, or color compared to what was ordered.

Because all products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preferences.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, please contact our support team within 15 days of delivery at:

Include the following information to help us process your request quickly:

Your order number
A clear photo of the item received
Explanation of the issue (wrong item, defect, etc.)

3. Review & Approval

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and respond within 2–3 business days. If your claim is approved, we will arrange one of the following:

A replacement at no additional cost
A full or partial refund to your original payment method

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be changed or cancelled.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will coordinate with our shipping partners to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
